Whirlpool Cabrio Not Starting Warner Robins GA

Got a call on a Whirlpool Cabrio Dryer ( WED6600VW0 ) that would not start.  The sensing light was just staying on but nothing was happening.  I pulled the back off the dryer and went straight to the thermal fuse because I suspected this to be the problem.  With my ohm meter I read across the two terminals on the thermal fuse ( with one wire disconnected from the fuse ) and did not get a reading.  Thermal fuse was open therefore it is bad.  I replaced thermal fuse and put everything back together.
