Called Jason in the afternoon and he came to fix our stove the next day. He had never worked on our particular GE stove, but he quickly analyzed the situation and removed the top and installed the new part. Notice I said “he installed the part”, not “he had to order the part”. He had the correct part with him. Now that’s service! He made the repair a couple of months ago–I always wait to make sure of the repair before I post an evaluation. Obviously, his repair was the correct one.
