Frigidaire Refrigerator Not Cooling

This service call was from Byron, Ga.  The customer complained that the refrigerator side was not getting cold but the freezer side was working fine.  Model # 253.53322300.  Upon arrival discovered that the damper motor that allows air into the refrigerator side was not opening.  Further testing of the damper motor proved to show it was bad.  On this model the damper is not available by itself.  We had to order and install part #5304482075 to correct the issue.  Followed up the next day with the customer and the refrigerator is cooling properly again.  Be sure to also test the thermostats when diagnosing this issue.  Also when installing the new part install exactly as it arrives.  Do not try to swap parts from one control to the other.  This will not work.
