Here we have listed some of our most frequently asked questions.  Transparency is important and we like to be as up front as possible.  We want you to be comfortable with us personally and as a business.   If you cannot find the answer to your question(s) here, just give us a call, chat with us, or send us an email. 

Absolutely.  We have all applicable licenses including business license and EPA HVAC Tech certifications.  We carry a general liability policy and commercial vehicle insurance.  We also carry workers compensation insurance as required by law.

We are generally open Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.  Being we are a small locally owned business, we may not always be available when you call.  Please leave us a voicemail or contact us through the website to schedule a repair.  We are, however, mostly available Monday - Friday 8-5.

At this time we are only doing in home repairs.  We do not have a physical location .  We have closed the used appliance store.

We repair all major residential appliances including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, and trash compactors.  We do not work on microwaves.

Our service area is any address that lists the city of Warner Robins, Macon, Byron, Perry, Fort Valley, Centerville, Bonaire, Kathleen, and Lizella, GA.

Our service charge is $85 to come out and diagnose the problem.  Once we have determined what the problem is we can give you a total price on the repair, parts, tax, and labor.  If you go ahead with the repair the $85 service charge will go towards the repair.  You will either pay the service charge (if you decide not to repair) or the repair charge.  Most repair charges run between $125 and $225 plus the price of the part.  In some cases there may be a shipping fee for a part we have to order.

In most cases we can schedule you a call for the same day or next business day.  Of course there are times when this may not be possible but we do our best to get to you as quickly as we can.

We do carry many common appliance parts.  However, it's impossible to have every part on hand.  Fortunately we have a local parts supplier in Macon.  Still, there may be times when we have to order your parts out of another location.  In general we have most parts within just a few days.  If we have the part or can get the part locally we will repair your appliance on the same day.

We accept cash, check, & all major credit cards. We do not do any billing. Invoice must be paid at time of service. If you have many properties and require billing please contact us directly

Yes.  We do an unheard of 1 year warranty on both parts and labor.  If we install a part to repair your appliance and that part fails within 1 year it's on us. 

Yes.  We offer a 10% discount to all former and current military, first responders and senior citizens 65 & older.  This discount is applied to the labor on the repair only.  It does not apply to the service charge or parts and taxes.

In summary, we are a professional in home appliance repair company.  We are licensed and insured.  Our service charge to come out and diagnose your broken appliance is $85.  Our 1 year parts and labor warranty is among the best in the business.  Most service calls are scheduled the same day or next business day.  Locally owned and operated.
