Absolutely. We have all necessary licenses and certifications. These licenses include a professional conditioned air license, business license, and all technicians are EPA certified. Our insurances include general liability, commercial auto, and workers compensation.
Yes. We warranty our repairs for 1 year from the date of service. This includes the part(s) that we install and the labor. On new HVAC systems we do a 1 year labor warranty but the manufacturer may warranty the parts for longer than that. We will fully discuss all warranty options with you before installing any new system.
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. At this time we do not offer any financing. In the near future we hope to be set up to offer financing on major HVAC repairs or new heating and air conditioning systems.
Yes. We offer a 10% labor discount for senior citizens, police officers, firemen, ambulance personnel, teachers and even power company linemen (they don’t get the credit they deserve). This discount is applied to all repairs and does not apply to the service charge.
Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM. Business hours may be affected by holidays and special occasions. If you are unable to reach us when you call, please leave a voicemail message and we will return your call either the same day or the next business day.
We do not. As a small, family-owned business with a limited number of technicians, we value the importance of rest and family time for our hardworking team. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of our staff while striving to meet your needs.
SERVICES
We service any area that has a Warner Robins, Macon, Perry, Ft Valley, Centerville, Kathleen, Bonaire, Byron or Lizella address. If you have an address that is anything other than one of these listed, we do not service your area. We do apologize about that but we cover a large area as it is and cannot take on anyone outside of these areas.
We provide in home appliance repair as well as residential and light commercial heating & air conditioning services. Our appliance repair services include refrigerators / freezers, washers / dryers, dishwashers and ranges / ovens. In general, we handle all of your heating and AC service and repair needs.
Unfortunately we do not. In most cases microwaves are not feasible to repair. This may not be the case in every situation, however, it’s just not something we do. We do apologize.
We do not clean dryer duct from the wall connection to the outside of the house. If you need this service please call us and we’ll pass along a number to a guy that does. This is not something we do and we are not affiliated with the person that we recommend.
We do not do new appliance installs. However, we do install new HVAC equipment that is provided by us.
We do not. Sorry. There are a lot of people that do though. If you post it on Facebook in a yard sale group you shouldn’t have any problem getting someone to haul it away for you.
Our used appliance stores closed around 2019 and we went back to only doing in home repairs.
There is no drop off location available. Our technicians work on your appliances at your home.
PRICING
Our service charge includes coming to your home and diagnosing the problem. Once we have figured out what’s wrong we’ll give you a price for the repair including parts, labor and tax. If you choose to do the repair, the service charge will be applied to the repair charge. If it can’t be repaired or you choose not to repair it, you will only owe the service charge fee. In the below tabs you will find more details about each individual appliance type and the service charge fee and average repair cost.
Our service charge for washers and dryers is $95. This charge is for us to come out and diagnose the problem. Once we know what the problem is and what it will take to repair it, we’ll give you a total price on the repair. If you decide for us to do the repair the $95 will go towards the repair charge. If you decide not to repair, or it cannot be repaired, you’ll only owe the $95 service fee. If a dryer is stacked on top of your washer the service charge is $125. Again, this $125 will go towards the repair if you decide for us to repair it. Most repair charges on a washer or dryer run between $155 and $225 plus parts, tax and shipping (if needed).
$95 for top mount freezers (meaning the freezer is mounted at the top) and all side by side (freezer on left and refrigerator on the right) systems except Samsung and LG. Samsung and LG side by side refrigerator / freezers are $125. All bottom mount French Door (freezer at the bottom with refrigerator double doors on top) models are $150. These services charges, whether $85, $125, or $150, include us coming out and diagnosing the problem. Once we know what the problem is and what it will take to repair it, we will give you a total price on the repair including parts, tax and shipping (if needed). If you decide for us to do the repair, the service charge will apply towards the repair charge. If it cannot be repaired or you decide for us not to fix it, you will only owe the service fee, either $85, $125, or $150 as described. Most repair charges on refrigerators / freezers run between $150 and $225 plus parts, tax and shipping.
The service charge for standalone ranges is $95. The service charge for slide in and drop in ranges is $125. Slide in and drop in ranges are those that have a lip that the countertop supports fully or in part. Wall ovens are also $150. These service charges are for us to come out and diagnose the problem. Once we know what the problem is and what it will take to repair it, we will you you a total price on the repair. If you decide for us to do the repair, the $85, $125, or $150 will go towards the repair charge. If it cannot be repaired or you do not want us to repair it, you will only owe the service charge ($85, $125, or $150). Most repairs on standalone ranges run between $150 and $225 plus parts, tax and shipping, if needed. Slide-ins and drop-ins generally run between $175 and $225 plus parts, tax and shipping, if needed. Wall ovens generally run between $150 and $275 plus parts, tax and shipping, if needed.
Our service charge for dishwashers is $150. This is for us to come out and diagnose the problem. Once we know what the problem is we will give you a total price on the repair. If you decide for us to do the repair, the service charge will apply towards the repair charge. If it cannot be repaired or you do not want us to repair it, you will only owe the $150 service charge. Most repairs on a dishwasher will run between $175 and $250 plus parts, tax, and shipping, if needed.
